How To Notarize Your Official Transcripts, Diploma, Enrollment and Graduate Letters

Step 1: Gather the education document(s) that are required by your overseas institution.

Step 2: Submit a completed Notarize Document Request Form (or follow your school’s specific guidelines for obtaining a notarization, if applicable) along with your education document(s) and any required fees to the Registrar’s Office.

Step 3: You may have the choice to pick up the document(s) or have them mailed to you once the notarization(s) is complete. Every college and university has its own return policy; not all institutions offer the same return options.

Step 4: After you have received your notarized education document(s), you can choose to complete your apostille yourself by submitting the information to the appropriate Secretary of State office.
